Rio has been working on organic farms on and office since the age of 16. Now at 32 he is running his own small vegetable farm in Point Arena. Nature's Tune Farm was started 4 years ago on one and a half acres. They specialize in mixes vegetables. Currently they sell to stores, restaurants, two farmers markets and run a farm stand in Mendocino.

Nature's Tune uses OMRI certified compost and other organic approved inputs. Cover crop and crop rotation are also used to increase fertility and mitigate pests, weeds and diseases. Rio strives to produce the highest quality produce.
