Living in the redwood forest above the Anderson Valley, The Forest People are excited to be providing delicious mushrooms and micro-greens to their community. Their produce is grown with expertise and care to provide the highest quality product. Lama, Matthew and their young daughter are dedicated to regenerative farming practices and developing innovative ways to produce large quantities of nutritious food in small spaces.

We never use harmful chemicals or pesticides and only use organic practices. We are ‘Certified Renegade’ through the Mendocino Organic Network. We have a dedicated mushroom house where we are able to grow mushrooms year-round. With a background in regenerative farming technologies, we’ve custom built our operation with whole systems awareness.
