About Us
Shamaz Valley Farm is in a pristine mountain valley, with good soils and abundant water. In addition to the 40 plus apple varieties that reach perfection in the cool mountain air there are pears, cherries, plums, peaches, figs, English walnuts, Eastern black walnuts, hickorys and pecans.
