We use seasonal, local, organic vegetables. It is our joy to work with fresh food, creating nutritious healthy food for our community. Hand shredded and made in small batches, we produce live cultured, delicious sauerkraut, incredibly tasty Kim Chee, healthy vegetable tonics, beverages, and pickles. My husband and I started experimenting with lacto-fermentation about 10 years ago. Adding fermented foods to our diet had positive effects on our health, and we loved the taste and beauty.
